Coverage at a glance
What the product warranty covers
We repair or replace defective bulbs, wiring, and covered components supplied by FestiLight within the applicable coverage window:
- Commercial-Grade LED Lights: 4-Year limited warranty for seasonal displays.
- Custom Structures: 4-Year limited warranty for seasonal displays.
- Chromaglow Pro (Year-Round): 10-Year or 100,000 operating hours limited product warranty. Includes 4 years of diagnostic, workmanship, and repair labour.
- Patio, G30 & Stretch String Lights: 2-Year limited warranty for year-round installations.
- Labour Included: For all valid warranty claims during the applicable product warranty period, diagnostic and replacement labour is included.
- Note: Specialty products, smart-lighting systems (such as Twinkly), and custom fabricated structures carry dedicated warranty terms outlined directly on your project quote.
Please read before installation
To ensure your warranty remains in effect:
Seasonal Products: Seasonal displays are designed for seasonal use and must not remain installed for more than 120 consecutive days.
Year-Round Products: Chromaglow Pro, patio lights, and select architectural fixtures are engineered for permanent outdoor display.
FestiLight Materials Only: Coverage applies strictly to products and hardware supplied by FestiLight. Client-supplied materials, alterations, extreme weather events, animal damage, or third-party electrical modifications are not covered.
Prompt Notice: If an issue arises, contact our support team promptly so our technicians can inspect and service the display.
